Kelly Carney
President, Kreative Logic Inc.

Kelly Carney is President of Kreative Logic. Prior to joining the team in late 2007, Mr. Carney lead the QualityAgent team of CarlsonWagonlit Travel. Prior to Carlson’s acquisition of TQ3Navigant, Mr. Carney was the CIO and one of the principals for World Wide Travel Service Inc. Mr. Carney started with WWTS in 1986 as a technical support specialist. During his career with WWTS, he participated in most all aspects of corporate, vacation, group and government travel.

Mr. Carney has been a pioneer in the travel industry. Creating one of the first self booking tools in 1991 for Wal-Mart, his leadership and vision helped build one of the most robust travel platforms in the industry. In 2003, Mr. Carney was instrumental in linking an online T&E system to an online travel platform, creating the first seamless end to end travel solution available to the marketplace. In 2004, WWTS had the highest online booking adoption percentage of any agency its size.

Whether integrating online bookings with group movements, creating application portals or end to end travel management systems, Mr. Carney has always had a single philosophy: to deploy effective IT, you must know the business you are trying to automate.

James Climer
Senior Consultant

Mr. Climer has over 10 years professional experience as a software developer for various sized companies. He has over 7 years experience in the travel industry, writing applications for online travel management. He spent 3 years writing web applications for a large health insurance company where he won a bronze quill award for his work. He also has spent over 5 years as an independent consultant, providing solutions for various sized companies.

Mr. Climer graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock receiving a Master's degree in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics. He has a Microsoft Certified Application Developer certification. Mr. Climer is also a co-founder of the Little Rock .NET User Group, where he served as the first webmaster. He is still an active member in the group.

Jon Paul Jones
Senior Consultant

Mr. Jones has over 11 years experience as a software architect and developer. He has developed software and systems for the travel, health care and health insurance industries. He has vast experience in developing highly scalable systems for medium to large companies. He also has experience in implementing SOA, developing single sign on software to connect internal and/or external systems and creating software development tools to be used by other developers.

Mr. Jones graduated from Henderson State University with a degree in Computer Science/Math.  He is also a Microsoft Certified Application Developer.
